CHEF’S FUN FOODS TO LAUNCH UNIQUE FRIES SEASONINGS AT CANADIAN RESTAURANT FOODSERVICE ASSOCIATION (CRFA)

East Brunswick, NJ, March 1, 2014 – Chef’s Fun Foods today announced it will launch its unique line of Fries Seasonings at the Canadian Restaurant & Foodservices Association (CRFA) in Toronto, ON, (Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place), Booth # 645.  Seasonings may be sampled at the booth from March 2, 2014 to March 4, 2014.

In actual restaurants tests, Chef’s Fun Foods Fries Seasonings were proven to boost French Fries sales by nearly 30 percent. The Fries Seasonings come in 8 delicious flavors: Cheesy Cheddar, Flame Grilled BBQ, Salt & Garlic Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, Ketchup, Salt & Vinegar, Sour Cream & Onion and Wild Buffalo.

“For years the fries category has stagnated, resulting in foodservice sales declines,” said Sam Saleh, partner at Chef’s Fun Foods, “but we disagree that the economy is to blame. When customers are given the opportunity to flavor their French fries with our fries seasoning products, they renew their interest in this classic side dish and sales increase.”

Chef’s Fun Foods Fries Seasonings are made from quality, gluten-free and MSG-free, Kosher Certified ingredients with 0% fat and less than 5 calories per serving. The seasonings cost less than $.03 per serving. The seasonings are also great on sweet potato fries, baked potatoes and fried or baked vegetables.

Chef’s Fun Foods, based in East Brunswick, NJ, with distribution throughout North America, develops and markets unique products designed to increase sales and profitability in a broad base of foodservice and retail venues. Product lines include Fries Seasonings, Tatostix, fried potatoes on a stick and Waffstix, waffles on a stick.
